Why should I order from your company?

Well that is a fair question and there is quite a bit to answering this so I'll begin by stating that not only are we reliable but we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In addition to keeping happy customers, we only work with designers who demonstrate a sense of continuous evolvement in their products. We ensure that final products are of the highest quality in terms of fabric, mixture of fabrics for durability and most important, the measurements to ensure a comfortable fit. We also view our products from a consumer's view, so basically, we won't sell a product that we as consumers wouldn't want to buy. And above all else, we want to ensure that our high quality products remain affordable.

So when I place my order, what shows up on the transaction portion on my statement and is your ordering system secure?

Any purchases made on GoneFashion.com show up as "GONEFASHION" on your bank statement or transaction if you use one Paypal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay.  As for security, our entire site is built and protected by SSL encryption which can be verified by the "Lock" symbol in the URL:

So how soon do we get our order once its placed?
We process all order Monday through Friday and it usually takes 1-2 business days to prepare, process and ship the order out to you. Once the order is shipped, our system automatically send you the shipping notification with the tracking number. We ship most order by USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery with parcel insurance. Now, for International orders, shipping cost and delivery time will vary depending on the delivery service that is chosen during the time the order is placed. Now, there are also a few things to consider when an order is delayed and this is due to:
  • Severe weather conditions affecting the shipping carriers.
  • During the busy Holiday Seasons
  • Wrong Address- So please ensure that you double check your address when placing your order.
  • International Shipping - International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive depending on country and also customs clearance.

So I placed an order for several items and I am really happy with all the products but was wondering why I received 2-3 separate packages?

Great question. We do our very best to ensure that inventory is well stocked to accommodate all incoming orders. However, at times we do sell out of certain products due to sales and promotions. Since we have a great relationships with designers around the globe, we've implemented a global system that gives us the ability to dispatch your order directly from the warehouse with the same expected delivery time. We really want our customers to enjoy their purchases so we've developed this process to ensure that every order is fulfilled in the highest standards and fastest delivery to you. So when you order a few difference brands, you may receive them in separate packages. 

Are any of these products being dropped shipped by companies overseas and if so, are we ever going to be surprised to find out that it's going to take a month to get our merchandise?

We've been asked this question many times so we figured we would put it in writing. The answer to this is, absolutely not! So to give a little insight, much of the fashion you see in todays marketplace is manufactured overseas for whatever reasons. However, we have made it a top priority to either have the products we  offer readily available for shipment or to have access to the warehouses here in the USA for expedited delivery. So when it come to GoneFashion, there will be no long waiting times. The only exception to waiting time is for international shipments which can take 7-21 business days.

What is the authenticity of your designs?

Easy answer, we aren't happy when we receive something that isn't authentic so we wouldn't do that to our customers. All brands we carry are authentic and we wouldn't have it any other way.
